Each team must be hosted by a community-oriented organization known as a “Pathfinder.” Pathfinders are vital community partners that agree to provide supportive spaces for youth to meet, rehearse, and prepare for competitions. Pathfinders directly contribute to nurturing local talent, fostering teamwork, and inspiring young people to lead change. A Pathfinder can be a school, church, municipality, charity, or local community-oriented business.
